THE NATION'S LEADER CONTRIBUTION TO THE RESTORATION OF THE PILLARS OF STATEHOOD IN TAJIKISTAN: THE POLITICAL ASPECT

Abstract

The article dwells on the contribution into consolidation of state independence on the part of Founder of peace and national unity, Leader of the nation Emomali Rahmon who returned the refugees to the Motherland as they had found themselves in the foreign country because of the fratricidal war at home. The author deals with normative-legal instruments regulating the process in question; the latters include the following laws of Tajikistan Republic: “On Refugees”, “On Amnesty”, “On Discharge from Criminal Answerability of the Persons who illegally Crossed the State Frontier and will now to Return to the Motherland”. Initiatives and Initiuations of Tajikistan Republic President, his endeavours and efforts aimed at this extraordinarily complicated and labour concuming goal are elucidated in particulars. Abdullo Daler underscores the great role of mass media, he mentions the radioprogramme “Hoki Vatan” (“Native Land”) whose first broadcasting took place on March 28, 1993.
