The article examines the problem of the organization and functioning of the quality management system of education in the military university of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, in particular, in the Federal State Educational Institution "Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia". The use of sociological methods has shown the presence of a number of problematic issues in the implementation of the quality management process of education in a particular university. In conclusion, it is concluded that it is necessary to integrate individual developed algorithms and documents on quality management of education into a single meaningful and functional process.
