The article considers the peculiarities of the state agrarian policy implementation the conditions of transition to industrial-agrarian economy. It is noted that the conditions of the country's transition from agrarian-industrial to industrial-agrarian model of economy the agrarian policy of the state must comply with these conditions. In order to substantiate the peculiarities of implementation of agrarian policy of the state in the conditions of formation of industrial-agrarian economy the authors stated the term "industrial-agrarian economy" through the prism of two components: agrarian economy and industrial economy. On the basis of the obtained results of the study the main factors influencing the efficiency of agrarian policy were revealed and on this basis the ways to improve the agrarian policy of the state under the conditions of the formation of industrial and agrarian economy were proposed.
