Abstract

There are singled out and identified electroenergy factors affecting the socio-economic development of Sughd viloyat. The essence of each factor characteristic for electric power system of Sughd viloyat is disclosed. It is marked that the organizational-economic mechanism of electroenergy infrastructure functioning in a concrete region depends on a number of the following principal factors affecting its social-economic development: electric power quality, reliability, energy supply, power capacity, losses of electric power. There are elicited the problems connected with negative or inadequately effective influence of the factors in question over the socio-economic development of the region; hereby, the author proposes their being solved by the way of studies and adaptation of experience belonging to the leading world countries as to the issue considered. There is a scientifically well-grounded provision that the region has unique resources potentialities of energetic slant at its disposal.
