Proceeding from scientific works of home and foreign authors Abdurakhmonova M.I. dwells on the notion of entrepreneurial activity. She pays attention to the analysis of doctrines represented by scientists on the issue in question. Designing on the premises related to the legislative norms of Tajikistan Republic regulating entrepreneurial legal relations and to the analysis of scientific doctrines the author of the article tries to figure out in the problems of legal regulation concerned with entrepreneurial relations and entrepreneurial activities upon the whole. She comes to the conclusion that entrepreneurship is a registered self-sufficient activity carried out by the persons possessing respective qualities beset with risk in terms established by the law for systemic profit gaining through property usage, goods sale, performance of jobs or rendering services.
