The article dwells on potential ways concerned with a solution of the problem and an improvement of the situation existing. The following streamlines are bound to become the principal ones: development of import substitution on the basis of improvement of a normative-legal basis (adaption of conception and laws of industrial policy for average- and long-term perspective); formation of an institutional base (organization of committees‚ governmental commissions and etc.); formation of a theoretical base (state orders for researches in the field of industrial policy‚ branch explorations); adjustment of relations between the state and interested groups (in particular‚ in the sphere of scientific-technical prognostications‚ aimed at bringing the economy of Tajikistan into the trajectory of sustainable growth.
