State Sovereignty and Security under the Conditions of Global Tendencies

Abstract

In her article the author makes an endeavour of scientific analysis in reference to the state sovereignty of Tajikistan under the conditions of world global tendencies. Her objective is to consider the problems of preservation and further development of state sovereignty and insurance of security of Tajikistan Republic. Sovereignty and security of Tajikistan have multifaceted peculiarities and require further theoretical analysis. She determines an influence of international factors caused by international global tendencies at the contemporary stage of the development of the Tajik society. Complicated social-political situation in Central Asian states, Tajikistan inclusive, is marked as being the aftermath of the collapse of the USSR. The author makes a conclusion that in order to consolidate the system of security in the country one should conduct political modernization of the state, create effective political institutes responding to all criteria of today`s changing world; succession of the methods of the developed countries on a building of a developed civil society must be taken into consideration as well.
