Formation and Development of Normative-Legal Regulation of Migrational Processes in Tajikistan Republic (the Period of 1990-2000)

Abstract

At the present stage of the development of world community migrational problematics proceeds remaining as an actual one. Notstanding with the significance of the issue canvassed, there is no unity in comprehension, legal regulation and management with these relations by scientists and explorers of different branches of law science up to now. In this connection the problematics of formation and development of normative-legal regulation of migrational processes in Tajikistan Republic is studied as the problem of legislative strengthening and migrational processes which always requires special approach to its examination. The author considers the issues of normative-legal regulation of migration and migrational processes in Tajikistan Republic for the period of 1990-2002. He has elicited the peculiarities of legal regulation of migration, determined the system of migrational legislation of Tajikistan Republic in the period pointed, analyzed separate legislative norms and indicated some directions for their perfection.
