Abstract

This article examines the causes of theft and the social factors that contribute to it. It also analyzes current property protection practices. The social and economic factors underlying theft are described, including poverty, social inequality, and inadequate social support. The focus is on crime prevention, including the role of education, legal awareness, and technical security measures. The importance of enhancing legal culture and citizen responsibility, including the role of the state in promoting safe behavior and improving conditions for property protection, is also discussed. Today, combating juvenile delinquency requires the active participation of not only law enforcement agencies but also citizens themselves. This is considered one of the most effective ways to combat it.
