This article analyzes one of the specific issues of the impact of abuse of rights on liability in joint stock companies. The article takes as a basis the works of domestic and foreign scientists on the abuse of rights by participants in equity relations, and on the basis of the legal doctrine used, the issue under consideration is analyzed taking into account the proposals of scientists in this area. In addition, in the areas of legal doctrine, scientists who support the doctrine of abuse of law list proposals on the types and forms of abuse of law, and also present some specific conclusions.
