The relevance of establishing its specific characteristics is also emphasized in the context of combating the organization of illegal migration through criminal legal means under the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. The characteristics of the personality of the subject of crimes provided for in Articles 335.1-335.2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan are examined. The main socio-demographic, criminal-legal and moral-psychological characteristics of the personality of the subjects of these crimes have been established. Generalized characteristics of the subject of the crimes under study have been identified - this is a male citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan, aged 30-50 years, not working, with no previous convictions.
