Non-availability of an accurate definition of an agreement type for the parties (labour agreement, normative agreement or collective treaty) in practice can entail an emergence of conflict between the latters and it requires analysis and scientific substantiation of the problematics in question. Normative agreement occupies an especial place in the system of existing treaties. At the present time collective treaty transforms itself into one of the major types of normative documents which ensures social collaboration and cooperation between an employer (job-giver) and representative bodies of hired workers in regulation of labor, social – economic and professional relations. This treaty can be occurred in the majority of juridical systems. The issue of legal regulation of the types of normative agreements is highlighted in different branches of law including such kinds as notion, content and sorts of this institute; hereby, the views of home and foreign scholars being resorted to.
