Elevation of living standard and improvement of population’s living standard as factors of insurance of economic security in today’s world are ones of priority streamlines and goals of social – economic politics. The author canvasses the ways and modes of insurance of worthy living standard for population as the former enjoys priority under an assessment of effectiveness in reference to social – economic policy of the state. The most important measures aimed at formation and creation of favorable conditions for improvement of material welfare of our country’s population should be oriented on launching new job vacancies, solution of unemployment problems, poverty eradication in Tajikistan Republic.
