QUEST OF POLITICAL CONTENT IN NORMATIVE INSTRUMENTS REGULATING THE ACTIVITIES OF TERRITORIAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION ON CONDUCTING ELECTORAL COMPAIGN IN TSCHILKOVO-TOWN OF MOSCOW OBLAST

Abstract

The article dwells on a quantitative content-analysis of documents regulating the activities of the territorial electoral comission of the urban circuit on conducting electoral compaigns functioning in Tshilkovo-town of Moscow oblast. There has been also conducted a comparative analysis of the powers territorial and municipal electoral commissions are authorized with; the attendance of the sittings carried out by the territorial electoral commission of Tshilkovo urban circuit being analyzed as well.the conclusions madw have registered factual absence of political content in documents and activities of Russian electoral commissions of any rank, factual functional coincidence and minimal attention of the doers of documents towards the activities of electoral commissions bound to be regulated by these persons.
