The article dwells on the issues coneerning international interaction of national law systems of states and application of foreign law. The author has analyzed a large amount of juridical literature; proceeding from the contents of the latter, he has conducted a research of international interaction of national law systems referring to different states and application of foreign law. The research afforded to come to concrete conclusions. In particular, a positive moment lies in international interaction between national law systems being considered in the frames of states. The drawback of the theories canvassed is the fact that by its nature law is no natural phenomenon. Being an element of juridical slant law can’t be attached to the objects of the material world.
