The article dwells on some existing methods of risk assessments beset with investitive projects with the prospect of their practical application under the conditions of Tajikistan Republic. The author expounds the opinion that any concretely used method should first have been studied thoroughly as only through this prism one can assess an acceptability of this method under the conditions of the concrete economic situation. As it is underscored, it would be expedient to use a complex method which implies utilization of two and more ones when assessing risks in an investitive process. Pursuing this objective the author of the article proposes an integral model of risk assessment which gives a more detailed and concrete result in practical activity. Resorting to concrete examples the author shows mutual dependence between risk degree and profitability level of investitive projects.
