NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR Advocating HUMAN RIGHTS FROM MORAL HARM

Abstract

The article examines advocacy of human rights from moral harm in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and international standards. In the course of a comparative analysis of international documents with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan the authors substantiate regulation of intangible goods and protection of human rights from moral harm in accordance with international standards and national legislation reflectinghereby the views of domestic and foreign researchers.

As a result of a comparative-legal analysis of the legislation of Tajikistan Republicand international standards, the authors certify that the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, along with international instruments, provides necessary protection of human rights from moral harm.
