Improvement of Management System as a Primary Mechanism of a Solution of the Problem Referring to Rural Population`s Engagement

Abstract

The authors of the article give an assessment of the present state of management with labour resources in Tajikistan. The classification of the social structure of labour resources is exposed in the form of a scheme. The dynamics of the growth of the engaged population in Tajikistan Republic has been analyzed according to sex and age, in economy upon the whole and in agriculture separately. In the authors` opinion, formation of labour resources in the republic requires a qualitative transformation of a citizen who would promote a development of society and elevation of labour productivity. On this ground there are singled out social-geographic, social-demographic, social-economic specificities of the country`s regions. Basic principles of management with labour resources are shown. Principal strategic streamlines of management with a formation and utilization of labour resources are suggested.
