The Development of Competition in Passenger Automobile Transport under Market Economy Conditions

Abstract

The article dwells on the issues beset with a development of competition in passenger automobile transport under market economy. It is proved that under market conditions free competition concedes to monopolism due to changes in contents and character of labour at all levels of management hierarchy concerned with economy domains. At the same time hierarchy of management with the latters compels to quickly and flexibly perceive innovations, resort to progressive methods of organization of manufacture and improve a quality of services rendered by the sphere of autotransport. Therefore, under present conditions competition and competitive struggle in passenger automobile transport are looked upon as principal factors which affect market system formation. It is established that innovative projects and wages of those ones engaged in autotransport are key factors of competitiveness related to autotransport services rendered to passengers.
