The article dwells on the problematic issues dealing with systematization of legislation as an integral part of law creation in the context of comprehension concerned with systematization of both legislation and law creation, pluralism of approaches to the mentioned notions. Particular attention is paid to an elaboration of the concept of «systematization of legislation» with taking into account multiple variety of approaches to systematization and legislation, informatization of legislative activity, application of different forms aimed at regulating of ones related to positive law besides legislation. The author`s position in reference to systematization of legislation connected with reelabration of the content of normative legal instruments as a part of law creation activity is well grounded.
