Author (s)

Kholdorov Oybek Nurmatjonovich

Abstract

The author canvasses two reasons which caused the occasion for certain researches of the political science to speak about the termination of the Vestfal epoch. It is asserted that one of the reasons should be put down to the frequented incidents of violation in reference to the major principles of the Vestfal system by the most influential actors of world system and international relations. The second reason is imputed by the author to the process of formation of non-traditional actors who have become figures of consequence in so far as political resolutions are concerned. It is marked that a quantum of non-traditional actors able to sway over politics has been augmenting. The most influential out of them are TNCs, NGOs and MM as they possess necessary resources. The main reasons of a formation of the mostly influential non-traditional actors as political figures of the international standard have been elicited. The mechanisms of the influence on the part of TNCs, NGOs and MM upon international politics have been analyzed.
