The article dwells on monetary policy, its role, methods of realization of reforming conception and importance for the activities of banks under the conditions of transitive economy. The author determines the mostly important conceptual factors in the monetary investitive activity of national economy under the conditions of transitional process. Special attention is paid to such issues as influence of monetary-crediting policy, international financial institutes providing technical aid and credits, loans for a development of capable financial environment of national economy as well. This streamline is complemented also with consideration of effective regulation and interaction with financial mediators and other crediting institutions ensuring stability and sustainability of both banking and financial systems.
