Some Aspects of Innovational Development Dealing with Livestock Farming in Tajikistan Republic

In his article the author designated a range of issues‚ whose solution depends on a further development of livestock farming. Concrete innovational devices and methods of a withdrawal of the branch out of depression are reflected in the work.

The author adduces actual directions of activities and factors promoting a transition of livestock farming into innovational slant‚ mechanisms of its implementation. In the author’s opinion‚ state regulation of economy and innovational processes is one of the main conditions under which economy functioning may be transferred to the market slant. The author makes an endeavour to determine the role and place of state power by an inculcation of innovation into livestock farming in the country.
