The Influence of State Revenues and Expenditures upon Aggregate Demand and Gross Domestic Product

Abstract

The article dwells on the necessity of state interference into a cyclic development of economy. Concurrently some other issues are touched upon. The interconnection between state expenditures and taxes and their influence over aggregate demand preconditions GDP growth. The author adduces the result of the analysis concerned with taxes in GDP, the latter´s dynamical growth, state revenues and expenditures. Principal conclusions on implementation of fiscal policy instruments in transitive economy have been made in the context of its cyclic development.
