The article dwells on the actual issues of effectuation of constitutional principles in regard to carrying out justice on criminal cases in the light of a forensic-legal reform on Tajikistan Republic. The author elucidates the problems of practical character arising in the process of realization of constitutional initials and justice at different stages of a trial when forensic-investigative actions and adoption of procedural resolutions are carried into effect. Inferences on perfection of the norms of criminal legislation in Tajikistan are substantiated with taking into consideration the activities of forensic investigative bodies.
