The development of small and medium business is an important condition for strengthening the economy of the country. Therefore, elicitation of the reasons constraining the development of small and medium business and the determination of the principal streamlines for its further evolution acquire paramount importance. In the article the following issues are touched upon concurrentry: qualification of human resources, crediting, taxation, innovational development of subjects referring to small and medium business.
