The article dwells on the problem of formation and development of justice in mediaeval Maverannakhr under the influence of Islamic ideas concerned with legitimateness and law, theory and practice of the Khanafite legal school in the sphere of popularization and inculcation of Islamic justice principles and norms in the Central-Asian space, specific role of Maverannakhr fakikhs and kaziys in this process. There are disclosed the peculiarities of theoretical approach on the part of the Khanafite fakikhsof Maverannakhr towards the issues concerned with determination of juridical nation and professional status of kaziys, their role in effectuation of just administering of law and forensic legitimateness, strengthening of positive spirit in the cause of achievement of just statehood on the basis of national peculiarities of the peoples who inhabited Maverannakhr.
