Proceeding from the scientific works of home and foreign authors, the author dwells on the problem of interpretation of foreign law application in Tajikistan Republic. In the frames of the given article he studies modern tendencies of collision ties development as a device of foreign law application in Tajikistan, he traces back the connection between the formulae of fastening of collision norms and foreign law application paying special attention to new tendencies in the development of collision ties in home legislation.
