Constitutional norms possessing supreme juridical validity are acknowledged as the most important sources regulating economy relations. In her article the author adduces a classification of market economy models and analyzes the peculiarities of economic development in Tajikistan Republic, she substantiates a necessity of building market economy with taking into consideration the specificity of development and national peculiarities of Tajikistan.
