The article dwells on legal issues concerned with state regulation of migrational policy both in Tajikistan Republic and foreign countries.
At today`s stage ofeconomy development migrational policy isone of important aspects of state regulation being a determining factor of labour market dealing with preservation of national interests and nation upon the whole.
The author stresses that state regulation of economy is carried out in any state. Its different forms and methods are defined with politicalconditions, economic and social standards, historical traditions, national peculiarities and other factors.
The Law of Tajikistan Republic “On Migration” is adopted in 1999.. In accordance with the present law the relations in the sphere of migration are regulated; legal, economic, social grounds being established.
