The article dwells on the strategy of the outward economic activity of the state as one of the most important factors of elevation of effectiveness in reference to the development of the economy of the region. The author canvasses the principal forms of outward economic activity in regard to the Republic of Tajikistan and Sughd viloyat (an administrative-territorial unit), she conducts an analysis of the dynamics of outward economic indices, gives prognostication assessments of the development of outward economic activity in Sughd viloyat.
