The content of civil law agreement was always an object of studies on the part of many scientists; the most various opinions being expressed on that issue in the juridical literature.
This article dwells on the contents and regulation in regard to futures agreement. The content of the agreement in question covers the terms fixed in its specification. The author analyzes also the issue concerned with striking a futures agreement in pursuance with normative-legal instruments of Tajikistan Republic.
